Leasing Details

All leases are for the term of 12 months commencing June 1st and ending May 25th.  The first month's rent and the security deposit, which equals one month's rent, is due at lease signing.  All monies must be paid in full at lease signing.

The security deposit plus interest will be returned at the end of the lease period less any unpaid rent, damages, trash collection, or charges for cleaning and painting, etc.

Generally, utilities are not include in rent.

I do not allow pets in any of my apartments. No exceptions!

Showings begin, by appointment only, in early December and most properties are leases by early February.
